We want every client to feel confident before starting a project with Noveii (“Noveii,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains our approach to refunds clearly and up front, so there are no surprises.
Our policy: payments are non-refundable
Website design and development is custom, hands-on work. Once a project begins, the value is in the time, planning, design and development resources we commit to it, work that can’t be returned or resold. For that reason, all payments are non-refundable.
Why we work this way
Unlike an off-the-shelf product, a custom website is built specifically for you. From the first conversation, we’re investing real effort into your project. Payments become non-refundable once any of the following has happened:
- Work on your project has started.
- Planning, strategy or discovery has begun.
- Designs or concepts have been created.
- Development time or resources have been allocated to your project.
Because a deposit reserves time on our schedule and kicks off this work, deposits are non-refundable.
What this does not mean
A no-refund policy isn’t a no-care policy. We’re committed to delivering work we’re proud of:
- Your package includes defined revision rounds so we can refine the work with your feedback.
- We communicate clearly at each milestone so you’re never in the dark.
- If something isn’t right within the agreed scope, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
You may choose to end a project at any time. If you do, any payments already made remain non-refundable, and any outstanding balance for work completed up to that point becomes due. We’ll provide the deliverables completed through the cancellation date in line with our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first. We’ll always try to resolve it fairly. Initiating a chargeback for work that has been performed does not change the non-refundable nature of payments under this policy and our Terms.
